At Build Up Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
❗ Due to hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty/skincare products
- Personal care items once unsealed
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@buildupbeauty.com
- Share your Order ID and product issue
- Attach clear images or videos of the product
Once approved, we will guide you with return instructions.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed if:
- The returned product passes inspection
- The item meets return eligibility criteria

- Original payment method (Card, UPI, etc.)
⏳ Refund Timeline:
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective items
Exchange is subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Gift cards
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be:
- Free (if product is defective/wrong)
- Paid by customer (for other reasons)
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
